What are you going to do?

We are looking for an Account Manager who knows what it takes to build and expand real relationships. Someone who is interested in a customer's agenda and has the right drive or knows people to get essential information. Who knows what is going on in the market and has a broad network to find important market information and new customers. You dare to ask. You want to know and understand the question behind the question, so that you can not only solve existing challenges, but also successfully anticipate future needs. 

Who are we looking for?

MEG is looking for a commercial tiger with perseverance, who enjoys working in a young, commercial and dynamic work environment. The scope of your new challenge is the world, but the main focus is on Africa. As an Account Manager you will work on action-oriented account plans, tenders and RFQs, among other things. You understand what is going on in the market and know how to capture this in propositions and offers.  Together with your colleagues you work as a team on successful tenders. In addition, the following are important:

  • A completed college education in Commercial Economics, International Business.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a commercial international business environment.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing (knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage).
  • Experience in leading tender projects and managing project teams.
  • Social, involved, driven and the right qualities to create a favor factor.
